Jon Soliday
Jon serves in multiple corporate roles and manages
Southland's Western Region business. Prior to Southland, Jon
was responsible for building
nearly 4,000 multifamily units as a project manager for large
contractors. Jon is a graduate of Texas A&M with a
Bachelors degree in Construction Science.
Terry Hoofnel
Terry oversees Southland operations and brings 24 years of multifamily masonry
expertise. He manages the company's safety programs, materials purchasing, highly
specialized projects, and logistics. Prior to his career
in masonry, Terry served in United States Marine Corps as a
Staff SGT.
